ONGC Bids Farewell to Shri Deepak Tandon on Superannuation

New Delhi: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (#ONGC) honors Shri Deepak Tandon, Executive Director & Head – Carbon Management and Sustainability, on his superannuation after an illustrious career spanning over three decades in India’s #energy sector.

An M.Sc. in Chemistry, Shri Tandon joined ONGC in 1989 and built a versatile career across technical and strategic domains, including mud services, effluent treatment plants, offshore operations, corporate planning, drilling fluid services, and carbon management & sustainability.

Shri Tandon served at key ONGC locations such as Ankleshwar, Assam, Mumbai, and Delhi, bringing operational insights into policy and strategic planning. In his final role, he significantly advanced ONGC’s carbon management and sustainability initiatives, reinforcing the company’s commitment to responsible operations and energy transition.

Respected for his leadership, analytical approach, and balanced decision-making, Shri Tandon leaves behind a legacy of professionalism, integrity, and enduring contributions to ONGC’s growth.
