Petronet LNG Pays SEBI Penalty for Q4 FY 2025-26 Non-Compliance
New Delhi, 12 March 2026: Petronet LNG Limited, India’s leading liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure company, has paid penalties for non-compliance under Regulation 17(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 31 December 2025.
The penalties were levied by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) following communications regarding delayed compliance in board governance disclosures. Petronet LNG has informed that the fines have been duly paid.

The company has also notified that the non-compliance and the action taken will be presented to the Board of Directors in the next meeting, and any comments from the Board will be communicated to the exchanges accordingly.
Rajan Kapur, GGM & President – Company Secretary, confirmed that the promoters were informed about the delayed compliance on 5 March 2026. The company emphasized its commitment to adhering to SEBI regulations and corporate governance norms.
