Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) successfully concluded its 40th Annual General Meeting on 31 August 2026 through video conferencing. Shareholders approved all eight resolutions with comfortable majorities.

The company had provided remote e-voting from 28 to 30 August 2026. Scrutinizer Smt. Indrani Chaudhuri submitted her report, and PFC filed the results with the stock exchanges on 1 September 2026.
