Power Grid secures Transmission Project on BOOT basis in Madhya Pradesh
The Letter of Intent (LoI) has been received by POWERGRID on 19th September 2025.

State-owned Power Grid Corporation of India has been declared as the successful bidder for the Inter-State Transmission System for the project in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
According to the exchange filing, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has been declared as the successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish an Inter-State Transmission System for the project, namely “Augmentation of transformation capacity and Implementation of line bays at Mandsaur S/s for RE Interconnection” on a Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) basis.
