PVUN, Patratu observed Swachhata Pakhawada- 'Mahatma Gandhi's vision'

New Delhi: As a part of the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan', a "Swachhta Pakhwada" is being observed from 16th May 2023 to 30th May 2023 at PVUN, Patratu. Shri Ravindra Kumar, CEO (PVUN), inaugurated The Swachhata Pakhawada by administering the Swachhata Pledge in the presence of all employees and workers.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi exhorted people to fulfil Mahatma Gandhi's vision of a Clean India. The 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' is a massive mass movement that seeks to create a Clean India.
As a part of this fortnight, PVUN commenced with a Cleanliness Drive. On Day 1 of this drive, Shri S.K. Panda, G.M. (Project), along with other employees and workers, came forward for the shramdaan. All dedicatedly cleaned the area opposite the admin building.

Subsequently, Members of Sparsh E-Voice, PVUN Employees & Workers continued the cleanliness Drive at S.S. +2 High School, Patratu. During the drive, the children were made aware of the importance of maintaining good hygiene and how it is also essential to keep our surroundings clean. The school administrations & students actively participated in the Shramdaan and cleaned the school vicinity.
