Multibagger Railway PSU, RailTel Corporation secures major order of worth Rs 454.9 crore
RailTel Corporation of India Limited has received a Rs 454.9 crore order from West Central Railway, boosting its order book as shares gained over 4% on the BSE.
New Delhi: Railway sector Navratna PSU, RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has secured a significant order from West Central Railway, boosting its order book and strengthening the sector presence over the nation.
According to the filing, it has been informed that RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Dy. Cste/Project/Jbp, West Central Railway.
The time period by which the order will be executed is 24 September, 2028 and the cost of the project is Rs 454.9 crore.
With this significant boost, the shares of the Railway PSU is edging higher over 4.56 percent at Rs 347.35 at BSE.
The market capitalisation of the company is solidified at Rs 11.15 thousand crores as of December 2025.
