New Delhi: The Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) has cancelled the deputation of Shri Arpan Kumar, an IRSE officer, to Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation Ltd (MRVC).
According to an official order issued by the Railway Board, earlier instructions dated December 12, 2025, regarding the deputation of Shri Arpan Kumar have been treated as cancelled. Shri Arpan Kumar, currently serving as Deputy Chief Engineer (Track-II) with Central Railway, was proposed to be deputed to MRVC as Additional General Manager (Civil) at Mumbai.
The order refers to a communication from Central Railway dated January 12, 2026, and states that the deputation approval granted earlier will no longer be valid.
