Mumbai: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a Government of India undertaking, has announced changes in its senior management, including multiple promotions to the rank of General Manager, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The changes came into effect between February 1 and February 2, 2026, and were disclosed to both the BSE and NSE.

Profile Highlight: Shri Vivek Srivastava
Shri Vivek Srivastava is a Chemical Engineer from IIT (BHU), Varanasi, with over 35 years of experience at RCF. He joined the company in December 1991 as a Management Trainee and has held leadership roles across Urea Plant operations, Heavy Water Plant, Fire & Safety, and NPK projects.
He is currently deputed as Managing Director of Talcher Fertilizers Limited, a joint venture of RCF, GAIL, Coal India, and FCIL, which is executing India’s first coal gasification-based ammonia and urea project in Odisha.
Shri Srivastava is also a certified Energy Auditor, Industrial Safety professional, and Internal Auditor for multiple ISO standards, with extensive expertise in large-scale chemical plant operations, energy management, process safety, and regulatory coordination.
