REC Limited Executive Director Shri Narendra Kumar Maurya Retires

REC Limited, a Maharatna CPSE and leading renewable energy financing company, has announced a change in its senior management. Shri Narendra Kumar Maurya, Executive Director of the Company, has superannuated effective January 1, 2026.

The change pertains to the one level below the Board of Directors positions. No relationships between directors are applicable in this case. The company’s leadership and stakeholders have been informed, in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
