RVNL Announces Change in Board: Prem Sagar Gupta Ceases as Director
New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced a key change in its board of directors following the cessation of Shri Prem Sagar Gupta as Part-time (Official) Director, effective January 5, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with stock exchanges.
The move comes after Shri Gupta’s transfer from his position as Principal Executive Director / Chief Engineer (Planning) at the Railway Board. He has now been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE), Northern Railway, as per orders issued by the Ministry of Railways.
RVNL confirmed that the change has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and all relevant disclosures have been submitted to both the BSE and NSE.
