SECI invites tender to set up of Projects of 125 MW
New Delhi: Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) Ltd proposes to select Battery Energy Storage System Developers for Setting up of 6 Nos. of Projects of Standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems of cumulative capacity of 500 MWh (125 MW x 4 Hrs.) in Odisha with VGF supported through PSDF for “on Demand” usage under Tariff-based Competitive Bidding.
SECI, on behalf of GRIDCO, hereby invites proposals for setting up of 6 Nos. of Grid-connected Projects of Standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), for an aggregate storage capacity of 500 MWh (125 MW x 4 Hrs.).
GRIDCO shall enter into a Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement (BESPA) with the successful Bidders selected based on this RfS, for providing Energy Storage facility to GRIDCO as per the terms, conditions and provisions of the RfS and BESPA.
The Projects will be set up under “Build-Own-Operate (BOO)” model.
The Document Fee is Rs 20,000 and the EMD amount is Rs 9,000.
