Senior Management Change at NALCO as ED Niranjan Samal Retires
National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has informed stock exchanges about a key senior management change following the superannuation of Shri Niranjan Samal, Executive Director (Mines & Refinery).
According to the regulatory filing, Shri Niranjan Samal superannuated on January 31, 2026, upon attaining the age of retirement. The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
As Executive Director (M&R), Shri Samal was part of NALCO’s senior leadership team, operating one level below the Board of Directors. During his tenure, he contributed to the company’s core operational functions related to mining and refinery operations, supporting the PSU’s integrated aluminium value chain.
NALCO, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Mines, continues to follow strict corporate governance norms and timely disclosures for the benefit of investors and stakeholders.
The company has stated that the information is being placed on record with both BSE and NSE.
