Shri Arindam Chaudhary step-down as Part-Time Official Director of SJVN Ltd

Upon the notification issued by Government of Himachal Pradesh, the Government Nominee Director (Part-Time official Director) has ceased to be a part of Director on the Board of SJVN Ltd.

Consequently, Shri Arindam Chaudhary has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from the date of the notification i.e., August 01, 2025.

Further, the Ministry of Power has extended the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director to Shri Bhupender Gupta (DIN: 06940941), Director (Technical), THDC India Limited with effect from August 01, 2025, for a period of three months or till a full-time incumbent is appointed or until further orders, whichever is earliest.

Shri Arindam Chaudhary was appointed as Nominee Director of Government of Himachal th Pradesh on the Board of SJVN Limited w.e.f. 12 July 2024. Sh. Chaudhary is an Indian Administrative Service Officer of 2014 Batch. He has Graduated in Computer Science Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
