New Delhi: The BBJ Construction Co. Ltd. commemorated 75 Years of India’s Independence by celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) from 10th to 16th January, 2022, in the true spirit of patriotism. AKAM is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of it’s people, culture and achievements.
The week-long AKAM celebrations at The BBJ Construction Co. Ltd. were formally opened on 10th January, 2022 with Lighting of the Lamp and reading out the Message of Hon’ble Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, Minister of Heavy Industries, Government of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Hon’ble Shri Krishna Pal Gurjar, Minister of State, Heavy Industries, Government of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries, by Shri Sundar Banerjee, Chairman & Managing Director, The BBJ Construction Co. Ltd. and Shri Mukesh Kumar, Director (Finance), The BBJ Construction Co. Ltd.
A slew of events and activities with participation of community, employees and their families on the themes of Freedom Struggle, Ideas@75, Resolve@75, Actions@75 and Achievements@75 were organized during the week which finally concluded with a closing ceremony on 16th January, 2022.
