Two PFC Consulting’s subsidiaries transferred to two successful bidders

PFC Consulting Ltd has transferred its subsidiaries, Raghanesda RE Transmission Ltd and NER Expansion Transmission Ltd, to DRA Infracon and Resonia Ltd for Rs 32.03 crore. The projects focus on RE power evacuation in Gujarat and NER expansion.

Two PFC Consulting’s subsidiaries transferred to two successful bidders

The wholly-owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Ltd, Raghanesda RE Transmission Limited and NER Expansion Transmission Limited has been transferred to two successful bidders.

According to the exchange filing, the two wholly owned subsidiaries of PFC Consulting Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited) have been transferred to Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon Private Limited and Resonia Limited respectively, the successful bidders on 23rd July, 2025:

Raghanesda RE Transmission Limited has been established for the development of "Transmission system for evacuation of RE power from Raghanesda area ofGujarat-3 GW under Phase-I".

NER Expansion Transmission Limited has been established for the development of "North-Eastern Region Expansion Scheme-XXV Part-A (NERES-XXV Part-A)".

The total amount of the transfer of subsidiary is around Rs 32.03 crore.
