Two psus awards significant order to NBCC (India) Ltd
New Delhi: State-run Civil Infrastructure firm, NBCC (India) Ltd in the normal course of business has received a work order from two major PSUs with total aggregate amount of Rs 104.95 crore.
First order has been received by Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), SAIL Rourkela for the Development of sports Infrastructure, Lagoon de-silting and lagoon gate repair/replacement and Renovation & Up-gradation of Existing six nos. of Conventional Operation Theatre (OTs) to Modular Operation Theatre Complex (OTs) at Ispat General Hospital at Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), Rourkela. The cost of the project for this is Rs 14.72 crore.
The second order has been awarded by NLC India Ltd, for the Project Management Consultant for Construction of Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) colony for Pachwara South-OCP of Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited (NUPPL) Dumka District of Jharkhand State. The cost of the project is Rs 90.23 crores.
The PSU company has demonstrated strong financial growth, with total income for the 2024-25 financial standing approximately at Rs 12,272.99 crore and net profit at Rs 557.42 crore.
In 2026, the company continues to maintain a robust order book, focusing on re-development, PMC, and real estate, with Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations reported at Rs 2,029.88 crore.
