Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) are muted in the early trading session on Thursday. The Defence PSU has shared an intimation of revised dates of the 61st Annual General Meeting of BHEL and the Record Date for Final Dividend for FY 2024-25.
According to the exchange filing, it is informed that the ensuing 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company has been rescheduled for Tuesday, 19th August, 2025, at 10 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means.

The exchange filing shared the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report 2024-25 will be sent by electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories.
Remote e-voting period will commence at 9 A.M. (IST) on Saturday, 16th August, 2025 and end at 5 P.M. (IST) on Monday, 18th August, 2025. Members of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ list of Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, 12th August, 2025 will be eligible to cast their vote through the remote e-voting facility.

The dividend, if approved by the members at the 61st AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend i.e. on or before 17th September, 2025.
Currently, the shares of BHEL are trading down by 0.44% at Rs 250.00 at BSE.
