IREDA shares in focus, company to announce financial results on 14 Oct

The shares of the Renewable Energy public sector unit, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA), have plunged over by 2.25% in the current trading session on Wednesday despite the company having declared to hold the board meeting on 14 October 2025.

As per the exchange filing, this is to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) will be held on Tuesday, October 14 , 2025, inter-alia to consider and approve the audited (Standalone & Consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30,2025.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendment thereto and Company’s Policy under the said regulations, "Trading window" for dealing in the Company’s securities has already been closed from October 01, 2025, till 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30,2025, it added.

Shares of IREDA are trading down by -3.37 basis points at Rs 149.24 at BSE. The stock has been struggling by over -3.01% in last six-months.
