MRPL Submits SEBI Compliance Certificate for Quarter Ended Dec 2025
New Delhi: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a subsidiary of ONGC and a Schedule ‘A’ Govt. of India Enterprise, has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The certificate, issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Registrar and Transfer Agent of MRPL, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), confirms:

Securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter were duly confirmed or rejected and listed on the respective stock exchanges.

Physical security certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled post confirmation.

Depositories’ names were updated in the MRPL register of members within prescribed timelines.
The certificate ensures MRPL’s compliance with SEBI’s dematerialisation and record-keeping norms.
