RailTel Corporation Recruitment 2026: Executive Director/GGM/GM (Finance) Vacancies

New Delhi, March 19, 2026: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd (RCIL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has announced openings for senior finance executives on a deputation/absorption basis. The vacancies include Executive Director (E-8), General Manager (E-7), and GGM (E-8) positions at the corporate office in New Delhi. Interested candidates have 30 days from the date of notification to submit applications.

Eligibility and Service Requirements

Eligible candidates include:

Officers from Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS)
Finance executives of other Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)
Officers from Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS), Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS), Indian Defense Accounts Service (IDAS), and P&T Finance & Accounts Services

Deputation Criteria:

ED (E-8): 5 years in SAG (Level 14) or equivalent IDA E-8
GGM (E-8): SAG (Level 14) or SG (Level 13) with 18 years of Group A service or IDA E-8 equivalent
GM (E-7): SG (Level 13) or E-7 IDA level

Age Limits:

E-8 / SAG Level: ≤ 58 years
E-7 / SG Level: ≤ 56 years

Pay Scale:

E-8: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA)
E-7: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (IDA)
Deputation allowances will be provided as per RCIL rules.

Biodata with previous postings
Details of prior deputations in central PSUs
Vigilance/D&AR clearance
Copies of last five years’ APARs

Applications of Indian Railway officers should be forwarded via the Railway Board. Applications without the required enclosures will not be entertained. SC/ST/OBC officers are encouraged to apply.
