Numaligarh Refinery Limited Receives “Top Revenue Contributor” Award from CGST NE Zone

Dibrugarh, March 2026: Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) has been recognized as a “Top Revenue Contributor” by Dr. Shailendra Kumar Sinha, Principal Chief Commissioner of CGST, CEx & Customs (NE Zone), for its remarkable contribution to the government’s revenue initiatives.

The award was received on behalf of NRL by Shri Mintu Handique, CGM (HR Services – Refinery), and Shri Chandan Goswami, Senior Manager (F&A), during the GST Regional Committee (GRC) meeting in

association with the Upper Assam Chamber of Commerce in Dibrugarh.
