Bajaj Auto Reappoints Shri Pradeep Shrivastava as Executive Director for Five-Year Term

Pune, March 18, 2026 – Bajaj Auto Limited, one of India’s leading two- and three-wheeler manufacturers, announced the re-appointment of Shri Pradeep Shrivastava (DIN: 07464437) as Whole-time Director with the designation of Executive Director for a new term of five consecutive years, effective 1 April 2026, subject to approval by the company’s shareholders.

The decision was approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on 18 March 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Profile of Shri Pradeep Shrivastava

Shri Shrivastava joined Bajaj Auto in April 1986 and has held several senior positions, including:

• President – Engineering

• Chief Operating Officer (appointed April 2010)

• Executive Director on the Board (appointed April 2016)

He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi and a Graduate Diploma in Production and Finance from IIM Bangalore (1986).

In November 2025, he joined the Supervisory Board of KTM AG and Bajaj Mobility AG, following Bajaj Auto’s acquisition of a 100% stake in Bajaj Auto International Holdings AG. He represents Bajaj Auto in overseeing the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer.
