His resignation, citing personal reasons, has been formally accepted by the Board of Directors.

In a related development, the Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointment of Mr. Keki Mistry as interim Part-time Chairman of HDFC Bank, effective from March 19, 2026, for a tenure of three months.
