The Board will also consider the final dividend payout.
According to the exchange filing, the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if any, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The stock has been showing a negative trend since the six month session, falling over by -1.95 percent.
The 52- week high is at Rs 245.00 and the dividend yield is at 0.83 percent.
Currently the stock is trading at Rs 149.50 down by 0.75 percent.
