NBCC Signs MoU with Govt of AP for Land Parcel Monetization

Vijaywada: NBCC has signed an MoU with Govt. of Andhra Pradesh at Vijaywada on 15th Nov. 2019. Shri Pravin Kumar, IAS, Mission Director Build, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, signed on behalf of the State Govt. and Sh. PS Rao, GM, NBCC signed the MoU on behalf of NBCC. Ms Usha Rani Secretary, (Revenue), Govt. of AP was also present during the signing. Under this MoU, Govt. of AP has taken on board NBCC as Project Management Consultant for monetizing the vacant land parcels in the State and also to implement the Govt. of AP Flagship Programmes including infrastructure works across the state utilizing the funds generated out of commercial exploitation of land.
