NRL to supply MS and HSD to IPPL for new retail outlets in North-East India
NRL and Indianoil Petronas Private Limited (IPPL) signed a Sale-Purchase Agreement on 30th June 2025 for the supply of Motor Spirit (MS) and High-Speed Diesel (HSD) by NRL to IPPL for its upcoming retail outlets.
The agreement was formally signed by Mr. R.M.W Khongwir, Chief General Manager (Marketing), NRL, and Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, IPPL, in the presence of senior executives from both organizations.

Indianoil Petronas Private Limited (IPPL) is a joint venture company promoted by two FORTUNE 500 oil majors — IndianOil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia.
