Territorial Army personnel and their families invited to the rashtrapati bhavan
New Delhi: On the occasion of Territorial Army (TA) Raising Day, Territorial Army personnel and their families were invited to the Rashtrapati Bhavan by Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, which included BPCL TA personnel as well. Currently 24 BPCL Marketing Division personnel are commissioned in Territorial Army.
The role of Territorial Army is to relieve the regular army from static duties and help civil administration to cope up with natural calamities, as well as, maintaining essential services during crisis.
