Coal India Limited Announces DNB & Diploma Counselling for 2025 Batch

Kolkata, 18 March 2026: Coal India Limited (CIL) has announced the counselling schedule for the allocation of Post MBBS DNB and Diploma seats for the academic session 2025 at its subsidiaries.

The counselling will be conducted at:

Venue: Conference Hall, GNH, Central Hospital, CCL, Ranchi
Date: 26 March 2026
Time: 10:00 AM onwards

Eligible in-service doctors who have applied for Post MBBS DNB and Diploma seats must attend in-person with all required original documents for verification.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates must bring the following:

MBBS Mark Sheet
Internship Completion Certificate
MBBS Registration Certificate
NEET-PG 2025 Score Card/Rank Card
Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets
NEET-PG 2025 Admit Card
Degree Certificate
Joining Report in the respective CIL subsidiary

Seat Allocation Process

Allocation of seats will be merit-based according to NEET-PG 2025 ranking.
Eligible doctors will be allocated seats in DNB (General Medicine, General Surgery, etc.) and Diploma courses (Ophthalmology, Family Medicine) across various CIL subsidiaries.
Counselling will cover multiple hospitals and dispensaries under CCL (Central Coalfields Limited), BCCL (Bharat Coking Coal Limited), SECL (South Eastern Coalfields Limited), ECL (Eastern Coalfields Limited), WCL (Western Coalfields Limited), and MCL (Mahanadi Coalfields Limited).
