ECL March 2026 R&R Employment List Released – 36 Candidates Selected Across Six Areas

New Delhi, 16 February 2026: Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL), has officially published the list of 36 candidates selected for employment under the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) Policy of CIL for the month of March 2026.

The selection has been made in compliance with CIL Office Order reference no. CIL: D (P&IR): 005:67:42 dated 26/28 May 2021 regarding employment under the R&R policy.

Candidates Selected Across Six Operational Areas

The selected candidates belong to the following ECL areas:

• Bankola Area

• Jhanjra Area

• Sonepur Bazari Area

• Kenda Area

• Salanpur Area

• Rajmahal Area

Out of the 36 selected individuals, three candidates from the Rajmahal Area have been offered conditional employment.

Mandatory Verification and Document Submission

ECL has stated that the above selections are subject to verification of character and antecedents by the respective Area authorities.

Selected candidates are required to produce original documents along with self-attested photocopies of:

• Educational certificates

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Concerned Area Manager (HR) must ensure submission of the following documents by 20 February 2026:

• Original Police Verification Report (PVR)

• Initial Medical Examination (IME) documents

• Aadhaar (attested copy)

• Bank account details (attested copy)

• Email ID and phone number

• Ten recent passport-size photographs

Additionally, concerned Area/Unit HR Officers have been instructed to remain present along with the candidates on 24 February 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of HOD (Recruitment & Employment), ECL, for verification of documents and completion of formalities.
