ONGC Hazira Plant Recruitment 2026 – Associate Consultants in Production & Electrical

New Delhi:  Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited Hazira Plant, Surat has issued Advertisement No. 01/2026 inviting applications from qualified and experienced retired ONGC or PSU personnel in Production and Electrical disciplines for engagement as Associate Consultants on a two-year contractual basis.

The engagement will support round-the-clock shift and general operations at the Hazira Plant.

*E6 level retired executives may also apply. In the absence of E4–E5 retirees, E6 level candidates can be considered with remuneration capped at E4–E5 levels, subject to applicant consent.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification & Experience:

• Retired ONGC executives with a minimum of 5 years cumulative experience at Hazira Plant, Uran Plant, CPF Gandhar

• OR retired professionals from other PSUs with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in refineries or petrochemical plants

Age Limit:

• Up to 65 years

• Not more than 63 years as on the application closing date: March 15, 2026

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Remuneration: ₹66,000 (inclusive of all)

• Communication Allowance: Up to ₹2,000 per month

• Increment: 5% annual increment on monthly honorarium after one year of extended tenure

• Payment Structure:

  • 80% of monthly honorarium + phone reimbursement paid monthly

  • 20% held and paid after performance assessment at the end of the engagement period

• GST: Inclusive in the compensation package; to be borne by the individual if applicable
