IRCTC Appoints Shri Navin Kumar Parsuramka as Part-time Government Director

New Delhi:  The Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has appointed Shri Navin Kumar Parsuramka, Principal Executive Director (Coaching), Railway Board, as the Part-time Government Director on the Board of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC). This appointment was made vide Ministry of Railways Order No. 2022/PL/57/10 dated 25 February 2026 and is effective immediately.

Shri Parsuramka replaces Shri Manoj Kumar Gangeya and will hold the position as long as he serves as Principal Executive Director (Coaching), Railway Board, or until further orders.

IRCTC, a Government of India enterprise and a leading player in catering, tourism, and online railway ticketing services, will now include Shri Parsuramka in its board to bring strategic insights from the Railway Board, particularly in operational and coaching services.

The company has confirmed that all necessary steps to complete the appointment formalities under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be taken. Requisite disclosures regarding the appointment will be submitted as per regulatory requirements.

This appointment aligns with IRCTC’s objective of strengthening governance, enhancing operational expertise, and ensuring robust representation of the Ministry of Railways in its strategic decision-making.
