RailTel Announces E-7 Executive Vacancy 2026 | High-Level ICT & Cyber Security Role
RailTel Corporation of India Ltd, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has released Vacancy Notice No. 04/2026 inviting applications for one Executive post in E-7 grade on re-employment basis. The position is based in Delhi/NCR and focuses on strategic leadership in emerging and mission-critical technology domains.

Pay Scale: IDA ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 + allowances

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Retired/Resigned/Serving officers from:
-
Minimum SG Level 13 (CDA scale), OR
-
E-7 level (IDA scale) from CPSEs
-

Minimum 30 years of experience in Government/PSU
-
Proven leadership in designing & managing secure, resilient national ICT infrastructure
-
Expertise in cybersecurity architecture, threat intelligence & risk mitigation

Strong knowledge of virtualization & cloud infrastructure

BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg)/MSc Tech/MCA or equivalent from a reputed institute
