New Delhi, Feb 23, 2026:  Navratna PSU RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (under Ministry of Railways) has issued two vacancy notices dated 23 February 2026 inviting applications on Deputation / Absorption basis for multiple managerial posts in Mumbai and Bangalore territories.

Vacancy Notice No. RE/20/2025

Sr. Manager / Manager (O&M) – 03 Posts

Location: Mumbai Territory (Western Region)
Mode: Deputation (3 Years or till exemption from immediate absorption rule)
Service: S&T Executives of Railways/Railway PSUs

Age Limit

• Should not exceed 56 years on closing date

Pay Scale

• Parent Grade Pay + Deputation Allowance as per rules

Eligibility

For Sr. Manager:

• Working in Level 9/Level 8 (Non-Gazetted) OR

• Executive in IDA Scale ₹60,000–1,80,000

For Manager:

• 4 years in Level 7 (7th CPC) OR

• Executive in IDA Scale ₹50,000–1,60,000

Key Responsibilities

• O&M, LMC & Project activities

• Coordination with Railways and other agencies

• Implementation & operational activities

Manager / Dy. Manager / Asstt. Manager (Tech) – 02 Posts

Location: Bangalore Territory (Southern Region)
Mode: Deputation / Absorption

Age Limit

• Deputation: Max 56 years

• Absorption: Below 57 years

Pay Scale

• Deputation: Parent Pay + Allowances

• Absorption: DPE Scales + Allowances

Eligibility

Manager:

• 4 years in Level 7 OR IDA ₹50,000–1,60,000

Dy. Manager:

• Level 7 OR IDA ₹40,000–1,40,000

Asstt. Manager:

• 4 years in Level 6 OR IDA ₹30,000–1,20,000

Experience Required

• IT experience

• Tender handling experience

• Project coordination & implementation
