NEW DELHI. Director General, SCOPE, Shri Atul Sobti has been conferred with the "Most Admired Leader Award 2020" for his outstanding contribution as a leader in developing people and organizational capability. The award has been instituted jointly by the Indian Institute of Public Administration and Forum for Emotional Intelligence Learning.
