NTPC Wins Two Top Honours at ET Human Capital Awards 2026 for HR Excellence
New Delhi, February 19, 2026: NTPC Limited has been honoured with two prestigious accolades — one Gold and one Silver — at the ET Human Capital Awards (ET HCA) 2026, reaffirming its position as a leader in progressive, people-centric human resource management.
NTPC received the Gold Award in the category of “Excellence in Employee Feedback & Engagement Initiatives”, recognising its robust mechanisms for capturing employee voices, fostering engagement, and building trust across its workforce.
The Silver Award was conferred in the category of “Excellence in Creating a Culture of Continuous Learning and Upskilling – Large Scale Organizations”, acknowledging NTPC’s sustained efforts in capability building, learning agility, and large-scale development of future-ready skills.
