REC Ltd Wins Global CSR Excellence Award 2026
Mumbai, February 2026: REC Ltd., a leading Public Sector Undertaking in India, has been recognized for its outstanding contribution to social development, winning the Global CSR Excellence & Leadership Award under the “Best CSR Projects in PSUs” category. The award celebrates REC’s flagship healthcare initiative, “Doctor Aapke Dwar”, which aims to enhance access to primary healthcare services in rural and remote areas across India.
The award was received on behalf of REC Ltd. by Sh. Alok Singh, Chief Program Manager, Regional Office Mumbai, and Sh. Vishal Sudesh, Chief Manager (CSR). The presentation took place during the 15th Edition of the Global CSR Excellence & Leadership Awards, organized by World CSR Day, at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 18th February 2026.
