ACME Solar to Power 190 MW Hybrid Project: SECI Signs 25-Year PPA

New Delhi, February 19, 2026: ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ACME Solar), through its subsidiary ACME Urja One Private Limited, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SECI Limited for a 190 MW ISTS-connected wind-solar hybrid project under Tranche-VI. The agreement was executed on February 18, 2026.

The project features assured peak power supply, a minimum annual Capacity Utilisation Factor (CUF) of 50%, and an obligation to meet 80% of peak power demand daily. Connectivity for all components, including solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), has been secured. The PPA tariff has been approved by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) and relevant State Electricity Regulatory Commissions.

The project is scheduled for commercial operation by February 27, 2028, with a 25-year tenure from the date of the PPA. Financing for the project is supported by Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC) under Phase II of the existing sanctioned project.

This new PPA boosts ACME Solar’s total PPA-signed portfolio to 5,820 MW, including 1,240 MW signed in the current financial year. The 190 MW hybrid project is part of a larger 380 MW capacity in Tranche-VI, with half now PPA-backed.
