Amar Shah has resigned as Chief Business Officer and Senior Management Personnel of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, effective March 16, 2026, to pursue new opportunities after over a decade with the firm.

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has informed the exchanges that Mr. Amar Shah, Chief Business Officer and Senior Management Personnel of the Company has submitted his resignation from the post to pursue more other opportunities.

The Management has accepted his resignation on January 28, 2026 and he will cease to be a SMP with effect from closure of business hours of March 16, 2026.

Mr. Amar joined IPAMC in January 2013.

As per his current role as Chief Business Officer, he was responsible for driving the overall business objectives. For most part of his career, he has been associated with IPAMC in various roles having started his career in 2001.

In his past role as Head of Retail Business at IPAMC, he drove the organization to a leadership position. Prior to this, he was responsible for managing key Institutional clients and driving overall business growth.

He has an overall work experience of around 22 years across the Banking & Financial Services Industry.

His qualifications include B.Com, R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and Master of Management Studies (Finance), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
