Chennai, February 18, 2026: Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has announced that India Ratings & Research Limited has affirmed its IND AA credit rating and revised the outlook from Stable to Positive for its Basel III Tier II Bonds as well as its long-term issuer rating.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 and 55 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and submitted to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
