Shri Raman Grover has been promoted to the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief General Manager of the Finance Division, Head Office. Previously he was serving as General Manager, Finance Division, Head Office.
New Delhi, 1 September 2025:Shri Raman Grover has been promoted to the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief General Manager of the Finance Division, Head Office. Previously he was serving as General Manager, Finance Division, Head Office.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has over 26 years of experience in the bank.
In addition, Shri Dilip Kumar Jain, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief General Manager, Finance Division, Head Office, and Shri Sameer Bajpai, Chief General Manager, Data Privacy and Management Division, Head Office, have been superannuated from their services as of 31.08.2025.

Further, three officers have also been appointed for new assignments:
Deepak Kumar Shrivastava, Zonal Manager-CGM, Zonal Office, Mumbai
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and an MBA in Personnel Management. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has over 32 years of experience in the bank.
Sumesh Kumar, Chief General Manager, HO HRD
He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has over 32 years of experience in the bank.
Deepak Kumar, General Manager, HO Corporate Communication Division
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree and an MBA. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has over 25 years of experience in the Bank.
