Dredging Corporation of India Appoints Krishna Das as Independent Director
New Delhi, March 3, 2026: Dredging Corporation of India Limited (DCI) has appointed Smt. Krishna Das as an Additional Director (Non-Executive – Independent), the company informed stock exchanges in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The appointment was approved by circulation of a Board resolution dated March 2, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Her appointment will take effect from the date she assumes charge or fulfills statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 — whichever is later.

The company clarified that she is not related to any Director or Officer of DCI and does not hold any shares in the company.
