New Delhi, 3 March 2026 – Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), a Navratna public sector logistics company, announced a change in senior management as per its Office Order No. 11/2026, dated 11 February 2026.

Sh. Rajeev Bhardwaj, who served as Executive Director (HR) at CONCOR, has been appointed as Member (Personnel) at Prasar Bharati by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, as per Order No. A-22011/6/2023-BA(P), dated 18 December 2025. Consequently, he will be relieved from CONCOR effective 4 March 2026.

The company has formally informed both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) under SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the management change.

CONCOR emphasized that this transition is part of normal senior management movements and is in line with corporate governance norms.
