New Delhi, October 21, 2025: Two Independent Directors of AU Small Finance Bank, Prof. M.S. Sriram and Mr. Pushpinder Singh, have completed their respective tenures. Accordingly, they have ceased to be Independent Directors of the Bank from the close of business hours on October 20, 2025.
The Board of Directors and the entire Bank places on record their sincere appreciation for the invaluable contributions made by Prof. M.S. Sriram and Mr. Pushpinder Singh during their tenure as Independent Directors. Their guidance and insights have been instrumental in the Bank’s growth and governance, bank said.
