GAIL Launches Free CNG Scheme in Jamshedpur
The initiative was launched by Team GAIL CGD at Maruti Suzuki’s Bistupur showroom in Jamshedpur, marking yet another milestone in promoting cleaner transportation and building a gas-based economy in the region.
Following the recent CNG price reduction of Rs 1.50 per kg, GAIL (India) Limited is pleased to announce another festive gift for consumers in East Singhbhum — a special scheme offering free CNG worth up to Rs 25,000 on the purchase of new CNG vehicles.

Cars, taxis, buses, and vans will receive free CNG worth Rs 25,000 (approximately 5,000–7,000 km of usage).
Auto-rickshaws will receive free CNG worth Rs 15,000 (approximately 5,000 km of usage).

The free CNG can be availed only at GAIL’s CNG stations across East Singhbhum.
Speaking on the launch, Mr. Gauri Shanker Mishra, GM & GA In-Charge, stated that this scheme highlights GAIL’s continued commitment to accelerating India’s clean energy transition and encouraging citizens to adopt eco-friendly mobility solutions.
