Yes Bank Allots 5.28 Lakh Shares Under ESOS and RSU Plans
Yes Bank allots 5.28 lakh equity shares under ESOS 2020 and RSU 2024 plans, increasing paid-up share capital to ₹6,275.79 crore.
NEW DELHI: Yes Bank Limited has allotted 5,28,275 equity shares pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and YBL RSU Plan 2024, according to a regulatory filing on January 5, 2026.
The allotment was approved by the Bank’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The equity shares, with a face value of ₹2 each, were issued following the exercise of an equal number of stock options, resulting in the Bank realizing ₹67.39 lakh.
Following the allotment, Yes Bank’s paid-up share capital has increased from ₹6,275.69 crore (31,378.44 crore shares) to ₹6,275.79 crore (31,378.97 crore shares).
The disclosure was made to both BSE and NSE in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
