Ms. Vibha Chahal, IAS appointed as Director in D/o Food & Public Distribution

New Delhi: Ms. Vibha Chahal, IAS (UP: 2012), who is presently on compulsory wait in the D/o Personnel & Training has been selected for appointment as Director in the D/o Food & Public Distribution under the Central Staffing Scheme with effect from the date of assuming the charge of the post for a tenure up to 07.06.2027 (i.e. for the balance period of her tenure of five years) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ms. Chahal, an IAS officer of the 2012 batch belonging to the Uttar Pradesh cadre, holds an M.B.B.S. in Medicine from the University of Delhi. She currently serves as a Private Secretary.
