New Delhi, June 15, 2026: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has joined the nationwide 100-Day Intensified TB Mukt Bharat Campaign by organizing a two-day Ni-Kshay Shivir (TB Screening Camp) at its corporate office in New Delhi.

The initiative is being conducted in collaboration with the Central TB Division under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, with a focus on early detection and prevention of tuberculosis among employees.

 

Screening Drive Aims at Early Detection of Tuberculosis

A dedicated team from the Central TB Division carried out health screenings for IREDA employees as part of the government's intensified campaign to eliminate tuberculosis from India. The screening camp seeks to promote awareness and ensure timely diagnosis, which is considered crucial in controlling the spread of the disease.

CMD Pradip Kumar Das Inaugurates Camp

The TB screening camp was inaugurated by Shri Pradip Kumar Das, Chairman and Managing Director of IREDA, in the presence of senior officials of the company.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Das emphasized IREDA's commitment to national health priorities and employee welfare.

"IREDA remains committed to supporting national health initiatives and the Government's vision of a TB-free India. This camp reflects our responsibility towards employee well-being along with our mission of clean energy. Early screening is vital to eliminating TB and we encourage everyone to participate," he said.
