New Delhi: As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, NLC Tamil Nadu Power Limited (NTPL) donated a battery-operated vehicle to Sri Ramanathaswamy Thirukoil, Rameshwaram. The initiative aims to support safe and convenient movement for pilgrims, particularly senior citizens and persons with disabilities, within the temple premises.
With this latest contribution, NTPL has now provided nine battery-operated vehicles worth ₹68 lakh to various temples and hospitals across Tamil Nadu, reflecting its ongoing commitment to inclusive infrastructure, community welfare, and enhancing accessibility for all citizens.
This initiative aligns with NTPL’s broader vision of fostering social inclusion and improving quality of life for diverse communities, ensuring that mobility challenges do not limit spiritual and social participation.
