ONGC Jorhat Inaugurates School Buildings and Community Halls under CSR in Assam

Assam, February 27, 2026: ONGC Jorhat has inaugurated two new school buildings and two community halls as part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aiming to bolster education and community development in the region.

The facilities were formally inaugurated by Hon’ble Ajanta Neog, Minister of Finance and Women & Child Development, Government of Assam. These new infrastructures are designed to provide children with improved learning environments and create inclusive spaces for community engagement and empowerment.

Commenting on the initiative, ONGC Jorhat emphasized that investing in education and community development not only addresses present needs but also lays the foundation for future generations, ensuring long-term societal benefits.
