New Delhi, February 27, 2026: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced a key senior management change effective February 27, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Shri Vinay Kumar has been appointed as Chairman (Scale VII) of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank, Guwahati.
Previous Role
Prior to this appointment, Shri Vinay Kumar was serving as General Manager and Zonal Manager at Zonal Office, Guwahati of Punjab National Bank.

Shri Vinay Kumar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration (Banking and Finance). He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
